Biscotti Recipes!

I had a friend, Nicole, who was an amazing cook and baker. One Christmas Nicole made batches of cappucino biscotti as presents to her friends. This was the start of my biscotti recipe collecting. I have tried numerous recipes. But it is the one that the majority of my friends say is the best. She was kind enough to share the recipe. I've lost touch with Nicole but am glad I had the chance to know her. Thanks, Nicole, that was some Christmas gift.
