Dried Cranberry and White Chocolate Biscotti

These are amazing. They are really elegant with drizzled white chocolate over them.

The best variation I made of these was to omit the white chocolate drizzle and add a couple of tablespoons of grated lemon zest. The lemon and cranberry was great.
